Can I start for free?
Yes. Starter includes up to 25 active students and one instructor seat. No credit card is required to create your school.
Can I manage more than one school?
Yes. Create another school and switch between them from your dashboard. Each school has its own students, team, settings, and subscription.
How do student payments work?
Issue invoices and record payments received outside ProgresslyAI, such as cash or bank transfers. Student card collection, recurring tuition, and automatic payment reminders are not included.
How does online registration work?
Choose which classes accept requests and share your public registration page. Your team reviews each request before enrolling the student, subject to available capacity.
What does the school subscription cover?
The monthly subscription upgrades your school's student and instructor limits and AI features. Student tuition is separate. Manage your subscription from Billing.
Does AI make decisions for my school?
No. Staff request and review AI reports, readiness insights, retention signals, and schedule suggestions. Instructors remain responsible for assessments and scheduling decisions.
